Sector 105 has been planned and designated as a "low desnsity" residential area by NOIDA Authority. Hence this sector has fewer high-rise apartments, more parks and open spaces compared to adjascent sectors.
Residential property is of two types:
- HIG Apartments - Pocket A, B and C
- Kothi's / Stand-alone houses - Block A, B, C, D and the Allahabad High Court Judges Colony
