Electricity Bill Payment Facility: A representative from the electricity department is now coming once a week to collect payments. Timing - 10:30 AM on every 3rd Sunday of the month.
Vegetable Vendor: Now a vegetable vendor is doing the rounds every afternoon.

Today we went to HIG Flats. We are very much impressed by the location also the built-up area. Only thing is the the construction is little poor. We are seriously searching to buy a house in Sec 105. We even met property dealers they are just hiking the rates.
